Who can use this

• You are 18 or older. Some sportsbooks require 21+ — the book's own minimum applies to your bets regardless of ours.
• You are physically located somewhere betting is legal, and the promotion you are running is offered there.
• You are not self-excluded from any sportsbook and not on a state exclusion list.
• You are not an employee, or an immediate relative of an employee, of a sportsbook whose promotions you are converting.

Promotions in the catalog are filtered to your state where we have that information. That filter is a convenience, not a legal determination — the sportsbook decides whether you are eligible, and it runs the real age and identity check when you sign up.

What this tool does not do

It does not remove risk. Hedging reduces variance; it does not eliminate the ways a promotion can go wrong. Bets get voided, lines move between placing one leg and the other, books limit accounts, and terms get applied in ways the written offer did not suggest. Every one of those has happened to real conversions.
