Promonyx

These terms govern your use of Promonyx, operated by SJR Betting (“we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What this service is

Promonyx is an information and calculation tool. It reads publicly available sportsbook promotions and market prices and shows you the arithmetic: which bet, at which price, covered where, for how much, and what the outcome is either way.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or place bets on your behalf through this service. Every bet you place is placed by you, in your own account, with a third-party operator, under that operator’s terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally permitted to bet where you are located, and you are responsible for knowing whether you are.
• You must not be self-excluded from any sportsbook or on any state exclusion list.
• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.

No guarantee of profit

Calculations shown are based on prices at the moment they were fetched and on promotion terms as we understand them. Prices move, offers change, books void bets, terms are applied inconsistently, and accounts get limited. A figure labelled “guaranteed” describes the arithmetic of a hedge, not a promise of any outcome. You can lose money using this service.

You are solely responsible for verifying a promotion’s terms with the sportsbook before placing anything. Where our figures and the book’s terms disagree, the book’s terms are what govern your bet.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with each sportsbook's terms. Violating them is between you and that book.
• Verify promotion terms yourself before staking money.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. Anyone with access to it can access your account.
• Report taxable winnings as required where you live. We do not provide tax advice and show pre-tax figures throughout.

Beta access, and what happens when we start charging

The service is currently in beta and free to use. Free access is not permanent. We will give notice before introducing charges, and nothing you have already unlocked will be taken away.

Specifically: every promotion available during the beta stays free for you, permanently. If you join during the beta you keep access to that catalogue for as long as your account is open. Charges will apply only to promotions added after we launch payments.

Features may change or be withdrawn during beta, and we may reset data while we build. We will tell you before we do anything that affects a promotion you are part-way through.

How pricing will work

When charging begins, promotions are priced individually, up front, as a fixed fee based on that promotion's expected value at the time you unlock it. The fee is set when you pay and is never recalculated.

We do not take a percentage of what you win. What you make converting a promotion is yours. Your first 1 promotions are free so you can see the tool work before paying for anything.

Availability and changes

We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or continued availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully or abusively.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SJR Betting is not liable for lost bets, voided promotions, limited or closed sportsbook accounts, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
