These terms govern your use of Promonyx, operated by SJR Betting Basics LLC (“we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Promonyx is an information and calculation tool. It reads publicly available sportsbook promotions and market prices and shows you the arithmetic: which bet, at which price, covered where, for how much, and what the outcome is either way.
We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or place bets on your behalf through this service. Every bet you place is placed by you, in your own account, with a third-party operator, under that operator’s terms.
Calculations shown are based on prices at the moment they were fetched and on promotion terms as we understand them. Prices move, offers change, books void bets, terms are applied inconsistently, and accounts get limited. A figure labelled “guaranteed” describes the arithmetic of a hedge, not a promise of any outcome. You can lose money using this service.
You are solely responsible for verifying a promotion’s terms with the sportsbook before placing anything. Where our figures and the book’s terms disagree, the book’s terms are what govern your bet.
Promotions are priced individually, up front, as a fixed fee based on that promotion’s expected value at the time you unlock it. The fee is set when you pay and is never recalculated. Your first 1 promotion is free, your own pick, so you can see the tool work before paying for anything.
We do not take a percentage of what you win. What you make converting a promotion is yours. Unlocking a promotion buys the walkthrough and the calculations for that promotion; it does not buy a result.
If you created an account before September 2, 2026, the promotions that were available while the service was free remain free for you for as long as your account is open.
Every refund is reviewed and issued by a person. There is no automated refund process, and nothing in the product grants a refund on its own.
If a walkthrough you unlocked was inaccurate, the promotion was no longer available when you went to claim it, or the sportsbook did not honour the offer as we described it, email support@promonyx.com within 14 days of unlocking it, and tell us which promotion and what happened. We will look at it and, where the walkthrough was at fault, refund that unlock in full.
We do not refund based on the result of a bet. A promotion that was described correctly and settled against you is not a fault in the product. See “No guarantee of profit” above. We may still choose to refund outside these grounds, at our discretion.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take five to ten business days to appear.
Who can refer. Any account in good standing can refer once it has completed one promotion. Until then the referral link is not issued.
How a referral is counted. A person is credited to the first referral link they opened before creating their account. Each person has one referrer. You cannot refer yourself or a second account of your own, and referrals go one level only: you are never paid on the people your referrals refer.
What your friend gets. A person who signs up through a referral link gets one extra free promotion of their choice, in addition to the free promotion every account gets. It must be used within 30 days of signing up.
What you earn. You earn 20% of the cash your referred friend pays us for walkthroughs, for as long as their account is open. It is not earned on any part they pay with their own credit, and it is never a share of anything they win at a sportsbook.
When it is paid. Your share is held until the promotion it came from has settled and our 14-day refund window has passed. If your friend is refunded inside that window, that share is cancelled.
How it is paid. Commission is paid as Promonyx credit. Credit can only be used toward walkthroughs on Promonyx and is applied automatically at checkout. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred to another account. Credit does not expire while your account is open. If your account is closed, any unused credit is forfeited.
Sharing your link. If you post your link publicly, you must say that it is a referral link and that you may earn from it. Do not promise earnings, do not direct your link at anyone under 21, and follow the rules of the platform you post on.
Abuse. We may withhold or cancel commission, suspend a referral link, or close an account for self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, spam, or misleading promotion.
Changes and taxes. We may change the referral rate or these rules, or end the program, by updating this page. A change never reduces commission already earned before it takes effect. You are responsible for any tax that applies to what you earn.
Features may change or be withdrawn while we build, and we may reset data. We will tell you before we do anything that affects a promotion you are part-way through.
We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or continued availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully or abusively.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SJR Betting Basics LLC is not liable for lost bets, voided promotions, limited or closed sportsbook accounts, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
