Promonyx

This explains what SJR Betting Basics LLC collects when you use Promonyx, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your email address — used to sign you in. Sign-in is by emailed code; we never ask for or store a password.
• Your settings — starting bankroll, additional capital, state, the sportsbooks you can cover at, and your odds preferences.
• Your activity in the tool — which promotions you mark as pending or completed, and the profit you record against them.
• Your acceptance of these policies — the date, and which version you accepted.

What we do not collect

• Sportsbook credentials. We never ask for them and cannot log into your accounts.
• Payment card or bank details. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
• Government ID or documents.
• Your bets, unless you enter them yourself.

Why we collect it

To operate the tool: rank promotions against your bankroll, price hedges at books you can actually reach, and keep your progress between sessions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

Your data is scoped to your account. SJR Betting Basics LLC administrators can see account data in order to support you and to operate the service.

Service providers we rely on process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and a sports-odds data provider for market prices. Odds data contains no personal information.

Using Promonyx in Claude

You can connect Promonyx to Claude, the AI assistant made by Anthropic. Nothing is shared until you sign in to Promonyx from Claude and press Allow. You must be 21 or older to use Promonyx in Claude, as on the website.

• What Claude can see: your settings, your promos and your progress on them, the converter results for promos you have unlocked, and our guides.
• What Claude can change for you: the bets and results you ask it to log, the steps you ask it to tick off, and the setup answers you give it. These are the same changes you can make on the website.
• What Claude cannot see or do: your sportsbook logins, your payment details, or anyone else's data. Claude cannot place a bet or take a payment.

Sign-in runs through Supabase, our authentication provider. Supabase issues the access token Claude uses, and that token only works for your own account.

We do not keep a copy of your conversations with Claude. We receive only the requests Claude makes to Promonyx, and we store only what those requests change in your account. If you accept our terms through Claude, we record the words you used to agree. How Anthropic handles your conversations is covered by Anthropic's own privacy policy.

To disconnect, remove Promonyx in Claude's connector settings. Questions go to support@promonyx.com.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. Email support@promonyx.com to request a copy of your data or to have your account and its data deleted. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. If you arrive from a referral link we also set a cookie, pc_ref, that remembers which link it was for 60 days so the right person is credited; alongside it we keep a coarse device fingerprint, used only to spot someone referring themselves. If you arrive from a campaign link we set pc_attr for 30 days, recording which campaign sent you. Both are our own cookies and are never shared. There is no advertising or third-party tracking in the app.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
