Promonyx

Promonyx is run by a small team, and support is answered by a person rather than a system. That means replies are considered, and it means they are not instant.

Getting in touch

Email support@promonyx.com. Most messages get an answer within one business day.

It helps to include the promotion you were working on, the sportsbook, and what you expected to happen instead of what did. A screenshot of the screen you were on is usually worth more than a description of it.

Things you can do without emailing

• Change your state, bankroll or password in Settings.
• Set or change a password in Settings, if you would rather not wait for an emailed sign-in code.
• Delete your account, and everything attached to it, from Settings. It is immediate and it is permanent.
• Check the FAQ, which covers most of what arrives by email.

Money

Refunds are handled by a person, not automatically. If something you unlocked was wrong, or the promotion turned out not to be available to you, email within 14 days of the unlock and say what happened. The Terms set out the policy in full.

What support cannot do

• Promonyx never places a bet, holds a stake or moves money at a sportsbook. Anything about a wager, a balance, a bonus release or an account limit has to go to the sportsbook, because they hold it and we do not.
• We cannot recover a sportsbook account, verify your identity with a book, or intervene in a book's decision about a promotion.
• We cannot tell you whether betting is legal where you are standing. The Eligibility page explains how to work that out.

Help is free and confidential. The National Problem Gambling Helpline runs 24/7 on 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), and every licensed sportsbook offers deposit limits, time limits and self-exclusion in its own account settings.
